*     The tournament, carrying a prize fund of Rs 1 lakh, will be the second of its kind of the year in Odisha, with the earlier one taking place at Gurukul Tennis Academy at Mendhasal, near hear from February 11 to 17.
*     The tournament will feature competition in singles and doubles with a main-draw of 32 and 16 respectively.
*     Vaidik Munshaw of Gujarat with a national ranking of 28 is set to be the top seed, followed by Brahmjot Singh (Delhi) and Irfan Hussain (Tamil Nadu) at second and third position respectively.
*     Local favourite Chinmay Pradhan is the only player from Odisha, who has secured direct entry in the singles main draw.
*     Citymates Adwithya Patnaik and his coach Santosh Kumar Mallik have joined Pradhan in the main draw through wild cards.

Main draw direct entrants: Vaidik Munshaw (Gujarat); Brahmjot Singh, Arjun Singh, Karan Salwan, Manpreet Singh Chawla, Archit Jain (all Delhi); Irfan Hussain (Tamil Nadu); Sagar Ahuja, Jatin Dahiya, Siddesh Khade, Rishi Ravindra Gupta (all Maharashtra); BS Vikram Naidu, Akshay Kishore (both Karnataka); Vijay Bhardwaj, Pradeep Deswal (Haryana); Aaditya Tewari (MP); Sanjib Kerketta, Farid Alam, Mohammad Azhar (all West Bengal); Chinmay Pradhan (Odisha).
