DESCRIPTION:
*     A total of 12 teams including hosts Assam, defending champions West Bengal and last-year runners-up Tamil Nadu will compete in the final round in two groups.
*     Assam, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Nagaland and Rajasthan have been drawn in Group A, while Kerala, Services, Punjab, Odisha, Railways and Meghalaya have been placed in Group B.
*     The top four teams from each group will progress to the quarterfinals.

22 January 2026 (League match): Odisha vs Meghalaya, Silapathar Football Stadium
24 January 2026 (League match): Odisha vs Services, Silapathar Football Stadium
26 January 2026 (League match): Odisha vs Kerala, Dhakuakhana Football Stadium
29 January 2026 (League match): Odisha vs Railways, Silapathar Football Stadium
31 January 2026 (League match): Odisha vs Punjab, Venue to be decided.
2 & 3 February 2026: Quarterfinals, Venue to be decided.
5 February: Semifinals, Venue to be decided.
8 February: Final, Venue to be decided.
