DESCRIPTION:
*     The 1st Division League shall be conducted in three groups, featuring a total of 21 teams and 71 matches.
*     Eight teams shall compete in Diamond Group, seven teams in Gold Group and six in Silver Group.
*     Top four finishers in Diamond Group, top three in Gold Group and the winner of the Silver Group will qualify for quarterfinals.

GROUPINGS:

Diamond Group: Sunrise Club, Rovers Club, Radharaman Club, Sports Odisha, Rising Student Club, Bidanasi Club, Rising Star Club, Kishore Club.

Gold Group: Young Utkal Club, Mangala Club, Odisha Police, Independent Club, Chand Club, Jay Durga Club, Junior Gallant Club.

Silver Group: Radhagobinda Club, Chauliaganj Club, Sunshine Club, Eleven Gun Club, Town Club, YAFC Choudwar.
