DESCRIPTION:
*     The franchise-based IOCPL, carrying a prize fund Rs 10 lakh, will feature 12 to 16 teams.
*     The champion team will receive Rs 5 lakh, runners-up Rs 3 lakh and third-placed team Rs 2 lakh.
*     Franchise registration fee has been fixed as Rs 1 lakh.
*     Each team will consist of eight players, including four from Odisha and one woman.
*     Player auction will take place on October 19.
*     This was announced by AOCA secretary Debabrata Bhatta at a press conference in Bhubaneswar on 11 Sept 2025.
