DESCRIPTION:
*     Biju Patnaik Sports Complex, Panposh, Rourkela is the venue of the tournament, which would feature five events.
*     The tournament carries a total prize fund of Rs 75,000 for winners, runners-up and losing semifinalists.
*     Entry fee: Rs 800 per player for singes and Rs 1600 per pair for doubles events.
