DESCRIPTION:
*     A total of 31 teams will compete in the first phase preliminary league.
*     Teams will play league matches in five groups and the top two teams from each group will qualify for Super League.
*     Super League competition, featuring a total of 10 teams, will take place at four grounds in Cuttack from May 3 to 7.
*     The 10 teams will play T20 matches in two groups and the two group toppers will meet each other in the final on May 9.

GROUPS FOR PRELIMINARY LEAGUE:

Group-A: Cuttack, Khordha, Bargarh, Koraput, Sonepur, Paradip
Group-B: Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Nabarangpur, Nayagarh, Deogarh
Group-C: Balangir, Balasore, Jharsuguda, Mayurbhanj, Puri, Angul
Group-D: Jajpur, Rourkela, Keonjhar, Kendrapara, Nuapada, Ganjam
Group-E: KIIT, Bhadrak, Dhenkanal, Jagatsinghpur, Malkangiri, Kalahandi, Boudh

SUPER LEAGUE GROUPS:
Group-1: Balangir, Bhubaneswar, KIIT, Balasore, Bargarh.
Group-2: Cuttack, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Keonjhar, Sambalpur.
