*     Odisha women and Haryana men will start campaign as defending champions.
*     Odisha women will play league matches against Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh in Pool A and the top team from the pool will advance to pre-quarterfinals.
*     A request to share the players list of Odisha women and men teams was ignored by Odisha Rugby Football Association.
