ORGANISED BY: Football Association of Odisha, in association with the Sports & Youth Services Department (Govt of Odisha) and with the support of District Athletic Association Bargarh, Mayurbhanj Athletic Association, Sundargarh District Athletic Association and Paradip Port Trust.

DESCRIPTION:
*     The championship will be conducted across four zones: Bargarh, Mayurbhanj, Paradip, and Sundargarh.
*     A total 32 teams would vie for the Sahani Cup, the winners trophy.
*     After group league, top two teams from each zone will qualify for the quarterfinals.
*     The two semifinals will take place at Bargarh and Baripada on October 4, followed by the double-leg final at Baripada on October 6 and Sundargarh on October 8.

Bargarh Zone:
Group-A: Bargarh, Sambalpur, Keonjhar, Malkangiri
Group-B: Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Nuapada, Balangir

Sundargarh Zone:
Group-A: Sundargarh, Nabarangpur, Nayagarh, Gajapati
Group-B: Jharsuguda, Subarnapur, Rourkela Steel Plant, Koraput

Paradip Zone:
Group-A: Cuttack, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Puri
Group-B: Khurdha, Bhubaneswar, Paradip, Kendrapara

Baripada Zone:
Group-A: Boudh, Mayurbhanj, Bhadrak, Angul
Group-B: Balasore, Deogarh, Jajpur, Dhenkanal
