*     Diamond League is an annual series of elite track and field athletic competitions comprising 15 of the best invitational athletics meetings.
*     The series sits in the top tier of the World Athletics one-day meeting competitions.
*     The full sponsorship name is the Wanda Diamond League.
*     The inaugural season, featuring 14 meets, was held in 2010.
*     The number of Diamond Discipline events is 32.
*     Odisha javelin star Kishore Kumar Jena would compete in the Doha Diamond League, along with Olympic and World champion Neeraj Chopra.
