DESCRIPTION:
*     Mubadala Arena in Abu Dhabi is the venue of the championship.
*     The championships, organised by the Jiu-Jitsu Asian Union (JJAU) and hosted by the UAEJJF, will include youth (under 16 and 18) competitions for the first time this year.
*     The adult competitions will take place from 1-5 May, followed by the Asian Youth Championships from 5-8 May.
*     Three athletes from Odisha are set to compete in this Asian Championship.
*     They are: Anupama Swain (Women 52kg), Loma Swain (Women 48kg) and Srikant Sekhar (Men 77kg).
*     This will be the fourth Asian championship appearance for Anupama and first internation competition for both Loma and Srikant.
