DESCRIPTION:
*     A total of 38 team would compete in Kalahandi Cup in six groups.
*     The first phase preliminary league for Diamond Group A and B will take place from March 17 to 22, featuring 12 teams.
*     The 12 teams are: Bhubaneswar-A, East Coast Railway, Cuttack-A, Cuttack-B, Khordha, Sundargarh, Sambalpur-A, Jharsuguda, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Rourkela, Balasore.
*     Preliminary League will be played in one-day (50 overs) format.
