*     The 10 clubs are: Bidanasi Club, SAI Training Centre, Odisha Police, Friends Paradise Club Khurda, KIIT-KISS, Ardor Football Academy Bhubaneswar, Odisha Government Press Club, Radharaman Club, Sports Odisha, Bamanda Agarbati Club Deogarh.
