DESCRIPTION:
*     Altogether 25 teams would participate in this tournament.
*     Teams have been placed in four groups and after completion of group league, top two teams from each group would qualify for super league.
*     Out of the eight super league teams, best four would advance to the semifinals.
*     The tournament would feature a total of 81 matches, which include 66 in group league, 12 in super league, two semifinals and the final.

GROUPINGS:
Group-A: Radha Raman Club, SAI Training Centre, Rising Star Club, Jay Durga Club, Western Mahavir Club, Morning Club, State Bank of India.
Group-B: East Coast Railway, Rising Student Club, Chand Club, Radha Gobinda Club, Young Utkal Club, Yuva Vandhu Cultural Group.
Group-C: Sunrise Club, Kishore Club, Independent Club, Bidanasi Club, Odisha Government Press, Lalbag Club.
Group-D: Govt Sports Hostel, Mangala Club, Odisha Police, Rovers Club, Azad Hind Club, Club-n-Club.
