DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament carries a total cash prizes of Rs 25,000, which will be given to the top 25 players.
*     The first Prize is Rs.5000, 2nd prize Rs 3500 and 3rd prize Rs 2400.
*     Manas Parida of Bhubaneswar was the champion and Birakishore Behera of Puri runner-up last year. This will be a 9-round Swiss tournament.
*     Entry fees is Rs 270.
