DESCRIPTION:
*     Altogether 13 teams from Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Berhampur and Jamshedpur have confirmed their participation.
*     Teams have been divided into four groups and after completion of group league, the top team from each group would qualify for semifinals.
*     The champion team will get a cash prize of Rs 21,000, while the first and second runners-up will be given Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000 respectively.
