DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament is being organised in the memory of Syed Waqar Yunus, popularly known as Limka, who expired on 20th October 2013 due to cardiac arrest.
*     Yunus was a humble person and a dedicated player, who had played for Odisha in senior level from 1990 to 1997 and also represented Utkal University several times.
*     The tournament will be played under floodlights.
*     An organising committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of BBA president Maqbul Ali.
*     Others members of the committee are: Nilamadhab Deo, Jahedur Raheman, Pradipta Ranjan Patnaik, C Ravi, Cittarnajn Das, Pradipta Mohanty, Rajendra Prasad Pani, Sridhar Panda, Mrutanjay Behura and Ranjit Sarangi.
