DESCRIPTION:
*     As many as 34 universities, including eight from Odisha, will participate in the four-day long tournament, which will feature a total of 39 matches.
*     Teams will play knock-out matches after being divided in four groups
*     The four group winners will then play league matches among themselves to determine the top four positions.
*     The top teams of East Zone will be eligible to compete in the All-India Inter-University Tournament.
*     Host Utkal University, which won the East Zone title three times in last four years (2011, 2013, 2014), will be gunning to achieve a hat-trick of title triumph.
*     India campers Biduprava Swain, Sradhanjali Panda and Puspita Jena will be the key players of the 15-member Utkal team.
