DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament offers a total prize fund of Rs 2 lakh, including Rs 20,000 for the champion and Rs 15,000 for the runner-up.
*     Entry fees for each player is Rs 1,800, which includes free dormitory accommodation at Kalinga Stadium.
*     The tournament will feature a total of nine round.
