HOST: Aurangabad District Amateur Body Builders Association and the Maharashtra Body Builders association, under the aegis of Madrid-based International Federation of Body Building and Fitness and the Indian Body Building and Fitness Federation.

Best muscleman of the continent would be decided and crowned Mr Asia from among 400 competitors.

Bodybuilders from 40 nations, including Japan, China, Korea, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE and Philippines, would take part in the championship in 10 weight categories with India, as hosts, allowed to field two teams.

Weight categories are: 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg, 100kg, 100 & above.
