DESCRIPTION:
* Altogether 36 district and institutional teams would vie for the trophy, which has been named after eminent coach Sumit Bose, who passed away last year.
* Out of the 36 teams, 32 will compete in the preliminary league after being divided into eight groups.
* The group toppers will then join last year`s semifinalists _ Cuttack A, Cuttack B, Bhadrak, Balasore _ in the super league.
* Preliminary league matches will be one-day affair and super league games will be two-day contests.
* After completion of super league phage, top four teams will advance to the semifinals.
* Both the semifinals and the final will be three-day matches.

Group-A: Bhubaneswar A, Balangir, Dhenkanal, Boudh.
Group-B: Khurda, Sundargarh, Paradeep, Phulbani.
Group-C: Jharsuguda, Nayagarh, KIIT, Gajapati.
Group-D: Sambalpur, Jajpur, Nabarangpur, Nuapada.
Group-E: Bhubaneswar B, Angul, Keonjhar, Malkangiri.
Group-F: Ganjam, Bargarh, Mayurbhanj, Rayagada.
Group-G: Kendrapara, Puri, Kalahandi, Deogarh.
Group-H: Koraput, Rourkela, Sonepur, Jagatsinghpur.
FINAL: February 5 to 7 (Sunshine ground)
