MAJOR PERFORMANCES/ACHIEVEMENTS:
*     On 23 June 2025, Odisha Cricket Association announced that Dash has become the second person from Odisha, after Purnendu Jena, to successfully clear the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA) Level-1 Strength and Conditioning Coach Accreditation Course, conducted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India.
*     He also qualified for the Level-2 of the BCCI CoE Cricket Specific Strength and Conditioning Certification Program, scheduled to be held at the BCCI Centre of Excellence (CoE), Bengaluru, on 17 & 18 July 2025.
*     Served as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Odisha U-16 team during the 2024-25 season.
