* Adjudged best archers by winning both the individual and team gold medals in the under-16 boys category of the National Rural Games at Chandigarh in 2002.
* Won a total of four gold, three silver and two bronze medals in his competitive career.
* His last National Championship was at Arunachal Pradesh in 2007.
