*     He was a member of the Railway team that emerged champions in the 6th Hockey India Senior Men National Championship (Division-A), held at Saifai in Uttar Pradesh from April 20 to May 1, 2016.
*     Helped Ranchi Rhinos win the title in the first edition of Hockey India League in 2013.
*     Helped Odisha win titles twice in Junior Cup Tournament and National School Games.
*     Represented Odisha in 2009 Sub-junior National Championship at Bhopal and 2011 Junior National Championship at Pune.
*     In the 2011 Junior National Championship, where Odisha finished runners-up, Sushant was adjudged the best goalkeeper.

INTERNATIONAL:
*     Helped India win the bronze medal in the 7th Junior Asia Cup Hockey Tournament at Malaka in Malaysia.
*     Represented India in Champions Trophy and Sultan Azlan Shah Cup Tournaments.
