NATIONAL:
* Won 1 Gold (individual all-around), 1 Silver (table vault) and 2 Bronze medals (artistic team and balancing beam) in the 38th National Games at Bhagirathi Hall in Dehradun, Uttarakhand on between 9-13 February 2025.
* Won 1 Gold and 1 Bronze medal for Railways in womens vault balance beam respectively at the Senior Artistic Gymnastics National Championship at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar on 4 January 2024.
* Bagged 4 Gold and 1 Silver medal for Odisha (one gold each in individual all-around, table vault, balancing beam, uneven bars and silver in floor exercise) in women artistic gymnastic competition of the 37th National Games, held in Goa from 23 to 28 October 2023.
* She is also the 2019 Indian all-around champion.
INTERNATIONAL:
* Won the Bronze medal in the vault apparatus of the 12th Asian Womens Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Jecheon, South Korea on 14 June 2025.
* Won the Bronze medal in the vault apparatus of the FIG Artistic Gymnastics Apparatus World Cup, held in Antalya, Turkey from 20-23 March 2024.
* Won the Bronze medal in womens vault at the FIG Artistic Gymnastics Apparatus World Cup in Cairo, Egypt on 17 February 2024.
* Won the Bronze medal in the vault apparatus of the 9th Asian Womens Artistic Gymnastics Championships, held in Doha, Qatar from 15-28 June 2022.
* Represented India at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
* Won the Bronze medal on vault at the Asian Gymnastics Championships, held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia from 19-22 June 2019.
* Represented India at the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games and at the 2014 and 2018 Asian Games.
* She also competed at the 2014, 2017, and 2019 World Championships.

* On 29 October 2023, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik felicitated her with a award of Rs 23 lakhs for winning 4 gold and one silver medal at the 37th National Games in Goa.
* Pranati is the third Indian gymnast to win an international medal on the vault, after Dipa Karmakar and Aruna Reddy.
