MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:

NATIONAL:
*     Won the Strongman of India title and the gold medal in 74kg weight category of the Senior National Powerlifting Championship, held at Jammu from March 21 to 24, 2017.
*     Won four medals (two gold in junior category and two silver medal in senior category) in the National Benchpress Championship at Jamshedpur on February 23 and 24, 2013.
*     Won silver medal in 74kg class, lifting 180 in squat, 135kg in benchpress and 220kg in deadlift for a total of 553kg in the 38th the Senior National Powerlifting Championship held at Kozhikode in Kerala from Sept 3 to 8, 2012.
*     Won gold medal in the 66kg benchpress category with a lift of 140kg in the 1st National Open (Unequipped) Powerlifting & Benchpress Championship, which was held at Jamshedpur from October 12 to 16, 2011. Also secured second position as strongmen in benchpress section.

INTERNATIONAL:
*     Won gold medal in below 74kg men’s open quipped benchpress competition and bronze in men’s open classic benchpress contest of the 7th Commonwealth Powerlifting and Benchpress Championship, held at Potchefstroom in South Africa from Sept 10-17, 2017.
