*     Won the U-19 girls singles Bronze medal at the 48th Junior National Badminton Championships in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh on 24 November 2025.
*     Won the girls singles Bronze medal in the 47th National Junior (U-19) Championship at BPMP Indoor Stadium in Niladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar on 24 Nov 2024.
*     She was the spearhead of the Odisha girls team that won the Gold medal for the first time in the 47th Inter-State National Junior (U-19) Championship at BPMP Indoor Stadium in Niladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar on 20 Nov 2024.
*     Bagged a glorious Double Crown, winning both the U-15 and U-17 girls singles titles at the 36th Sub-Junior National Badminton Championship in Chennai, Tamil Nadu on 25 October 2024.
*     Won the girls singles Gold medal and cash prize of Rs 60,000 in the 35th Sub-Junior (U-13) National Badminton Championship at PRHS Indoor Stadium in Balangir, Odisha on 24 November 2023.
*     Became the first shuttler from Odisha to win the girls singles title in the 34th Sub-junior (U-13) National Badminton Championships in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on 23 November 2022.

*     Won the womens singles Bronze medal in the Mangalore India International Challenge 2025 at Urwa Indoor Stadium in Mangalore, Karnataka on 1 November 2025.
*     Secured 3rd position in the women singles category of the Kotak India Junior International Series 2025, held Kotak Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy in Hyderabad from 19-24 August 2025.
*     Competing in womens singles for the first time, finished Runner-up at the CM Trophy India International Challenge Badminton Tournament, which concluded at Isports Badminton Arena in Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 17 Nov 2024.
*     Became the third Indian shuttler to win the womens U-15 singles Gold medal in the Asian Junior (U15 & U17) Badminton Championships at the Chengdu University in Chengdu, China on 25 August 2024.
*     Reached girls singles quarterfinals in the German Junior International Badminton Tournament that took place in Berlin, Germany from 6-10 March 2024.
*     Reached girls singles second round in the Dutch Junior International Badminton Tournament, held in Haarlem, Netherlands from 28 February to 3 March 2024.

*     Clinched a double crown by winning both the U-15 and U-17 girls singles titles in the Yonex-Sunrise All India Sub Junior (U15 & U17) Ranking Badminton Tournament, held at JSK-Chetan Anand Sports Centre in Hyderabad, Telangana from 10-17 June 2024.
*     Bagged a double, winning both the U-15 and U-17 girls singles titles at the All India Sub-Junior Ranking Tournament, held at Peddem Sports Complex in Mapusa, Goa from 10 to 17 May 2024.

*     Won the girls singles title in the National Sub-junior (U-13) Ranking Badminton Tournament in Mumbai, Maharashtra on 5 November 2022.

*     Started playing badminton in China, where her father Rabinarayan was employed as a software professional.
*     Initially she trained under top Chinese coach Jiang Yong Yi.
*     Won nine titles in China between 2017 and 2020 before her family returned to India due to Covid-19 pandemic.
*     Joined Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy (PPBA) in 2022 after having caught the attention of the academy in a camp organised to spot talent.
*     According to PPBA Director and Chief Coach U Vimal Kumar, Tanvi is fearless, promising and a quick learner with good technique and skills.

*     Father Rabinarayan drove his car for 1400kms from Bengaluru to Balangir to enable Tanvi participate in the State Sub-Junior (U-15 & U-17) Badminton Tournament in November 2022.
