*     Became the first AIFF Match Commissioner from Odisha in December 2023.
*     Successfully cleared the Referee Assessor examination conducted by All India
Football Federation at LNIPE, Gwalior (MP) from 21-23 June, 2019.
*     Conducting many I-League, 2nd Divn National League and Federation Cup matches.
*     Became the first from the state to qualify for FIFA international panel by securing 95 per cent marks in the theory test, which was conducted FIFA officials at Chennai from July 24 to 29.
*    After playing football at district level for more than a decade, Naik took to refereeing in 1999.
*    His impressive performance in state and national level tournaments helped him become an AIFF elite panel referee in the year 2008.
*     Qualified to appear the test for the FIFA panel following his competent performance in major AIFF tournaments, including I-League and Federation Cup.
