STATE:
*     Bronze medal in high jump event of the State Athletics Meet, 1962.
*     Bronze meda in 4x100m relay event of State Athletics Meet, 1966.

NATIONAL:
*     Participated in more than 100 marathon races in the country and abroad.
*     Finished second in the marathon event of the National Games at Jaipur, Rajasthan in 1974.
*     His best performance in India in 1981 at Delhi, where he on the first place in the YMCA Marathon.
*     His best international success came in 1999 when he finished 13th in the veteran category of the London Marathon.
