2003: Silver in East Zone Powerlifting championship at Jamshedpur.
2005: Silver in East Zone Powerlifting championship at Karimganj, Guwahati, Assam.
2006: Gold in East Zone Powerlifting championship at Cooch Behar, West Bengal.
2006: Gold in Junior National Powerlifting championship at Avadi, Chennai.
2008: Gold in East Zone Powerlifting championship at Patna Bihar.
2008: Silver in Junior National Powerlifting championship at Dibrugarh, Assam.
2009: Overall gold medal in 75kg weight class of the Junior National Powerlifting championship at Patiala, Punjab.
2009: Selected to represent India in the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship at Pune from December 9 to 13, 2009.
2010: Bagged two golds in squat (170kg) and benchpress (87.5kg) along with two silvers in deadlift (145kg) and total (402.5kg) in the Junior National Powerlifting Championship at Guwahati on January 10.
2011: Bagged a silver medal each in 67kg benchpress (lifted 84kg) and powerlifing (125kg in squat, 67kg in benchpress and 130kg deadlift for the total of 322kg) in the 1st National Open (Unequipped) Powerlifting & Benchpress Championship, which was held at Jamshedpur from October 12 to 16, 2011.
2012:
* Bagged a silver medal each in the Federation Cup Powerlifting and 2nd Open National Deadlift Championships held at Sahapur in Himachal Pradesh from March 29 to April 1, 2012.
* Bagged a gold medal in women`s 84kg weight category, lifting 165kg in squat, 82.5kg in bench press and 150kg in deadlift for a total of 397.5kg in the East Zone Powerlifting Championship held at Dhanbad in Jharkhand from March 15 to 18, 2012.
* Won a silver medal in women’s 84kg class, lifting 140kg in squat, 170kg in benchpress and 140kg in deadlift for total of 350kg in the unequipped category of the 38th the Senior National Powerlifting Championship held at Kozhikode in Kerala from Sept 3 to 8, 2012.
YEAR 2013:
* Won one bronze medal in the National Deadlift Championships at Jamshedpur on April 14, 2013.
* Won the overall gold medal in women’s 84kg weight class of the Federation Cup Powerlifting Championships, lifting 150kg in squat, 72.5kg in benchpress and 140kg in deadlift for a total of 362.5kg at Jamshedpur on April 12, 2013.
YEAR 2017:
* Won the gold medal in women’s +84kg unequipped category of the Senior National Powerlifting Championship, held at Alleppey in Kerala from August 14 to 19, 2017.
* Won one gold medal in senior women’s above 84kg category of the National Powerlifting, Benchpress & Deadlift Championship, held at Jammu from March 21 to 24, 2017.
YEAR 2018:
* Won the gold medal in senior women 84kg category of the National Classic Powerlifting Championship, held at Lucknow from Sept 26-30, 2018.
INTERNATIONAL:
2009: Silver in the Senior Asian Powerlifting Championship at Udaipur, Rajasthan (May 1-6). Total lift 377.5kg(Squat 160kg, benchpress 82.5kg and deadlift 135kg).
2010: Won gold medal in the Asian Powerlifting Championship held at Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar from May 1 to 6.
OTHER IMPORTANT DATA:
* Got into powerlifting in 2002 when studying in class IX.
* Her heavy body (79kg) prompted coach Raghunath Bisoi to advise her to take to powerlifting.
* Got an opportunity to join the selection trial for Junior Asian championship in 2007, but she missed the opportunity due to visa problem.
