STATE:

*     Finished runner-up in U-40 mens doubles event of the Odisha State Badminton Championship, held at Saheed Nagar Indoor Hall, Bhubaneswar from 28 Aug-2 Sept, 2019.
*     Won the men`s doubles title in the 2nd Nalini Mohanty Memorial Open Badminton Tournament at Sahidnagar Indoor Hall in Bhubaneswar on January 11, 2015.
*     Won the State sub-junior title at Rourkela in 1992.
*     Won the State junior title once in 1996 at Sunabade and finished runner-up twice in 1994 and 1995.
*     Four times state senior singles champion (2001 to 2003 and 2005), once senior doubles champion with Bibhas Parida (1999), singles runner-up two times and doubles runners-up three times.


ZONAL:
*     Helped Utkal University finish runners-up in the East Zone Inter-University Tournament at North Bengal University, Siligudi in 1995 and qualified for the All-India Inter-University Championship.


NATIONAL:
*     Reached semifinals in mixed doubles event of the All India Civil Services Badminton Tournament at Thiruvananthapura, Kerala in 2008 with Gayatri Mishra as partner.
*     Represented Orissa in National Badminton Championships for 13 years (1992 to 2005).

OTHER IMPORTANT DATA:
*     Played the most memorable match of caree against Anup Sridhar and lost 17-21 in the BPL Open Badminton Championship at Bangalore in 2000.
