2010: Won a silver medal, lifting a total of 545kg in 75kg master-II category of the Junior and Master National Powerlifting Championship at Guwahati on January 9.
2010: Won gold medal in the Asian Powerlifting Championship held at Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar from May 1 to 6.
2013: Won the gold medal with a total lift of 520kg in the Masters-II (83kg) category of the Masters National Powerlifting Championship, held at Amravati in Maharashtra from January 24 to 30, 2013. He was also adjudged the Strongman of India in the same category.
2014:
*     Secured a silver medal in Master-II 83kg weight category, lifting 195kg in squat, 115kg in benchpress and 245kg in deadlift for the total of 555kg in the Masters` National Powerlifting Championship, held at Rait in Himachal Pradesh on January 9, 2014.
*     Won one silver medal in Master National Bodybuilding Championship, held under the aegis of Indian Bodybuilding Federation at Imphal (Manipur) in the second week of February, 2014.
*     Bagged a gold medal in 88kg Master-II category with an effort of 240kg in the National Deadlift Championship, held at Jamshedpur from March 20 to 23, 2014.
*     Won one gold medal in 83kg masters-2 deadlift competition of the Subrata Classic Open International Powerlifting, Benchpress & Deadlift Championship, held at at Jamshedpur from December 16 to 21.
2015:
*     Pocketed gold medal in masters-two 83kg category of the Federation Cup National Powerlifting Championship held at Kapurthala in Punjab from March 27 to 31, 2015.

OTHER IMPORTANT DATA:
*     Received Rs 30,000 from AK Das Associates Ltd and Rs 10,000 from Utkal Bharati Plus Two Science College for participation in the master category of the Asian Bodybuilding Championship at Pattaya, Thailand (Aug 12-17, 2009).
