* Four times Haryana State Senior Chess Champion (1997 to 1998, 2001, 2003).
* Three times Delhi University champion (1998 to 2000).
* Led Delhi University in all-India Inter-University Chess Championship at Bodh Gaya in Bihar (2001). Delhi University finished third.
* Champion in Kalinga Cup All-Orissa Chess Tournament at Bhubaneswar in 2007.
* Champion in Mahendra Satpathy All-Orissa Chess Tournament at Cuttack in 2007.
NATIONAL:
* Represented Haryana in National `B’ Chess Championship 11 times (1996 to 2006).
* Champion in 23 rd All-India Postal Chess Championship at Chennai (January, 2009).
INTERNATIONAL:
* Was among prize-winners twice in Pink City Open International Chess Tournament at Jaipur (1998 and 2004).
