*     Represented Odisha senior women football team from 1998 to 2007.
*     She was a member of the Odisha women`s football team that won the Gold medal in the 33rd National Games, beating Manipur 4-3 in the final via tie-breaker at Guwahati on February 17, 2007.
*     She was part of the Odisha team that won the Gold medal in the National Games in 2002.
*     Represented Odisha in the 7th Senior Women National Football Championship at Shillong in Meghalaya in May, 1999.

INTERNATIONAL:
*     Represented India in the AFC U-19 Women Championship, held in China in 2004.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS AS REFEREE:
*     Conducted matches in the women football competition of the 12th South Asian Games, held in Shillong, Meghalaya from 5th February 2016.
*     Assigned to officiate matches in the 20th Senior Women National Football Championship at Dibrugarh in Assam from April 27  to May 13, 2014.
*     Officiated her first national level match (Goa vs Bihar) at Satyabrata Stadium in Cuttack on Nov 20, 2013.
*     Performed as referee at the Junior National Football Championship in Cuttack on 2013.
*     Officiated matches in 2012 FAO Women League and 2013 Senior Inter-District Senior Women Football Championship.
*     Completed the refereeing course, conducted by Football Association of Odisha in 2012.
