* Won the bronze medal in senior female -55 kg fight event of the KIO National Karate Championships, held at Multipurpose Hall in Dehradun, Uttarakhand from 8-12 May 2024.
* Won the gold medal in senior women 55kg kumite event of the All-India Inter-Zone Karate Championship, held at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, in New Delhi on 2 December 2022.

* Bagged one overall silver medal and two sectional medals (Gold in squat and Silver in deadlift) at the National Classic Powerlifting Championship, held in Alappuzha, Kerala from 9-13 April 2022.
* Won one bronze medal in senior woman 52kg category of the National Classic Powerlifting Championship, held at Lucknow from Sept 26-30, 2018.
* Secured two gold and one silver medals in women’s 52kg unequipped category of the Asian Classic Powerlifting Championship, held at Alappuzha, Kerala from Dec 4-9, 2017. She lifted 132.5kg in squat, 65kg in benchpress and 127.5kg in deadlift for a total of 325kg.
* Won the silver medal in women’s 52kg unequipped category of the Senior National Powerlifting Championship, held at Alleppey in Kerala from August 14 to 19, 2017.
