*     Won the bronze medal in senior female -55 kg fight event of the KIO National Karate Championships, held at Multipurpose Hall in Dehradun, Uttarakhand from 8-12 May 2024.
*     Won the gold medal in senior women 55kg kumite event of the All-India Inter-Zone Karate Championship, held at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, in New Delhi on 2 December 2022.
*     Won one silver and one bronze Medal in women 55kg fight and women team kata events respectively in the KAI Senior National Karate Championship, held at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi, 11-13 June 2019.
*     Bagged bronze Medal in women 55kg fighting event of the KAI Senior National Karate Championship at Talkatora Indoor Stadium in Delh on February 21, 2015.
*     Bagged one bronze Medal in below 50kg women’s individual kumite category of the National Senior Karate Championship held at Talkatora Stadium in Delhi from January 23 to 26, 2014.

*     Won two gold and one silver medal in 5th International Invitational Karare Championship, held at Netaji Indoor Stadium, Kolkata, 26-28 July, 2019.
*     Represented India in the 1st World Karate Premier League, held at Dubai from April 7-10, 2016 and secured one point after losing to an Italian opponent by 1-4 point.
*     Finished fifth in women 55kg fight category of the 8th Commonwealth Karate Championship, held at Talkatora Indoor Stadium in Delhi from Sept 18 to 20, 2015.

*     Won 1 silver and 1 bronze medal in adult female -52kg contact and fighting events respectively at the 9th Asian Ju-jitsu Championships, held in Amman, Jordan from 23 to 26 May 2025.
*     Won the bronze medal in adults women 52kg fighting category of the 8th Ju-Jitsu Asian Championship in Abu Dhabi, UAE on 4 May 2024.
*     Won the bronze medal in the women white belt 49 kg category of the World Amateur Jiu-Jitsu Championship in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on 5 November 2023.
*     Won the bronze medal in the 52kg fighting event of the 7th Asian Ju-Jitsu Championship at Rangsit University, Bangkok, Thailand on 25 February 2023.
*     Won one bronze medal in women 52kg category of the 6th Asian Ju-Jitsu Championship in Manama, Bahrain on 31 March 2022.
*     Bagged silver medal in women 52kg category at the 5th Ju-Jitsu Asian Championship in Abu Dhabi on 15 September 2021.

NATIONAL:
*     Bagged one overall silver medal and two sectional medals (Gold in squat and Silver in deadlift) at the National Classic Powerlifting Championship, held in Alappuzha, Kerala from 9-13 April 2022.
*     Won one bronze medal in senior woman 52kg category of the National Classic Powerlifting Championship, held at Lucknow from Sept 26-30, 2018.
*     Secured two gold and one silver medals in women’s 52kg unequipped category of the Asian Classic Powerlifting Championship, held at Alappuzha, Kerala from Dec 4-9, 2017. She lifted 132.5kg in squat, 65kg in benchpress and 127.5kg in deadlift for a total of 325kg.
*     Won the silver medal in women’s 52kg unequipped category of the Senior National Powerlifting Championship, held at Alleppey in Kerala from August 14 to 19, 2017.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS IN OTHER DISCIPLINES:
*     Anupama also excelled in wall climbing, wrestling and shooting.
