He was also the Head Coach of the Cuttack Panthers franchise in the inaugural Odisha Pro T20 League and the Head Coach of Rising Students Club, which emerged as champions of the OCA Club Cricket League.

In addition to his coaching credentials, Mullick was a member of the Odisha Senior Mens Selection Committee for five years. As a player, he represented Odisha with distinction, having played 88 First-Class matches and 56 List-A matches during his national domestic cricket career.

An experienced cricket coach with extensive involvement in domestic cricket, Santanu Ghosh is currently associated with the Board of Control for Cricket in India Centre of Excellence Elite Camp 2026 for U-19 boys and had earlier served as spin bowling coach at the COE High Performance Camp 2025 in Rajkot. He has also worked with several state teams and high-performance programmes across India.
