A new cricket coaching and training centre, named as P M Cricket Club (PMCC), was launched at a city hotel in Bhubaneswar today. Located near Jayadev College Road, Naharkanta, Hanspal Square, PMCC offers modern infrastructure, top-class coaching and professional training facilities.

“PMCC is committed to develop the next generation of cricketers by providing best of facilities,” said club president Krushna Chandra Pattanayaik. The club jersey was unveiled on the occasion. State senior cricket team captain and present head coach Pravanjan Mullick, and eminent cricket coach Khirod Behera were present at the launching ceremony as guests.

According to PMCC secretary Abhimanyu Jena, the club is equipped with a 75-yard cricket ground, six centre turf wickets, seven practice turf wickets, hostel facilities,floodlit practice area, professional coaching staff and full-day coaching programme.

“PMCC also offers nutrition-based food, video performance analysis, regular practice matches,” added club vice-president Pankaj Motwani. “PMCC will pay individual attention to every player and organize competitive matches and exposure tours to academies in other states,” stated club joint-secretary Sanjay Grahacharya.
