Odisha para badminton stalwart Pramod Bhagat bagged three medals in the French Para Badminton International, a BWF Level 2 tournament, which was held in Mulhouse, France from 16 to 21 June 2026. The three medals consisted of one silver and two bronze.

Former Paralympic champion Bhagat settled for silver medal in the mixed doubles SL3-SU5 category with Manisha Ramdass as his partner. Unfortunately the Indian duo conceded the final against Indonesian pair of Hikmat Ramdani and Leani Ratri Oktial as Bhagat suffered muscle cramp.

Bhagat earned one bronze medal in the men`s singles SL3 event after losing to Daisuke Fujihara (Japan) in the semifinals 11-21, 18-21. He secured the other bronze medal with Indian partner Sukant Kadam men`s doubles SL3-SU5 category. They lost to Indonesian opponents Hikmat Ramdani and Fredy Setiawan in the semifinal 9-21, 14-21.
