Fine allround performance by Swatika Behera helped Sambalpur beat Boudh by eight wickets in their preliminary league match of the OCA Inter-District Womens T20 Cricket Tournament at Bidanasi Ground in Cuttack today. Khordha, Bhubaneswar, Balasore, Jharsuguda and Jajpur posted wins in five other matches of the day.
Among notable performers of the day, Namita Sethi (Balasore), Chirashree Rout (Puri) and Bishnupriya Jena (Jajpur) picked up four wickets each, while Romi P Mallick hit an unbeaten half-century for Balasore.
