Harshit Priyadarsi Behera (Cuttack), Nimeesha Ojha and Bapun Rout (both Bhubaneswar-Khordha) bagged multiple titles in the Yonex-Sunrise All-Odisha Sub-junior (U-15) & Junior (U-19) Ranking Badminton Tournament, which was held at the Indoor Stadium in Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi from 18 to 20 July 2025.
Harshit clinched a glorious treble in the sub-junior category, emerging champion in boys singles, doubles and mixed-doubles events. Nimeesha bagged a double, winning both the sub-junior girls singles and doubles crowns. Bapun was the star of the junior category as he also clinched a double crown, claiming the two titles in boys singles and doubles events.

Ayank Kumar Sahu (Sambalpur), Swati Nayak (Cuttack), Adyasa Mohapatra (Cuttack), Geetashree Dey (Sundargarh), Divyam Kejriwal (Balangir), Ashwika Mishra (Sambalpur), Shireen Sadique (Khordha), Jayesh Agrawal (Balangir) and Sweety Priya Pradhan (Rayagada) were other title winners of the three-day tournament.
Organised by Kalahandi Badminton Association, under the aegis of Orissa State Badminton Association, the tournament carried a total prize fund of Rs 1,24,000.

Boys U-15 Singles: Harshit Priyadarsi Behera (Cuttack) beat Ayank Kumar Sahu (Sambalpur) 23-21, 21-19.
Girls U-15 Singles: Nimeesha Ojha (Bhubaneswar-Khordha) beat Swati Nayak (Cuttack) 21-23, 21-19, 21-19.
Boys U-15 Doubles: Harshit Priyadarsi Behera & Ayank Kumar Sahu beat Abhinav Badaik (Sundargarh) & Aurodev Mohanty (Cuttack) 21-13, 21-12.
Girls U-15 Doubles: Nimeesha Ojha & Swati Nayak beat Buddupu Laxim Reddy (Bhadrak) & Ritika Das (Jajpur) 21-3, 21-13.
U-15 Mixed-Doubles: Harshit Priyadarsi Behera & Adyasa Mohapatra (Cuttack) beat Diptyansu Sharma (Bhubaneswar-Khordha) & Alyassa Pradhan (Sambalpur) 21-16, 21-11.
Boys U-19 Singles: Bapun Rout (Bhubaneswar-Khordha) beat Somyajeet Sahoo (Bhubaneswar-Khordha) 21-17, 21-19.
Girls U-19 Singles: Geetashree Dey (Sundargarh) beat Ashwika Mishra (Sambalpur) 21-15, 18-21, 21-11.
Boys U-19 Doubles: Bapun Rout & Divyam Kejriwal (Balangir) beat Shriyansh Jena (Mayurbhanj) & Subhraketan Mallick (Dhenkanal) 21-18, 21-19.
Girls U-19 Doubles: Ashwika Mishra & Shireen Sadique (Khordha) beat Adya Padhi (Khordha) & Sweety Priya Pradhan (Rayagada) 18-21, 21-13, 21-12.
U-19 Mixed-Doubles: Jayesh Agrawal (Balangir) & and Sweety Priya Pradhan beat Agastya Nayak (Cuttack) & Adya Padhi 21-12, 21-11.
