All the office-bearers of Odisha Archery Association (OAA), including president and former Odisha Chief Secretary Gokul Chandra Pati and secretary Sampurnananda Das were re-elected for a four-year term (2025-2029), during the annual general meeting of the state body, held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack on 7 September 2025.

Archery Association of India (AAI) joint-secretary Sumanta Chandra Mohanty was present in the meeting as the observer of the National body. Also present were: Odisha Olympic Association general secretary Avijit Paul and State Sports & Youth Services Department (DSYS) representative Ajay Behera as ex-officio members. Elections were conducted by senior advocate Chittaranjan Jethy.
