Boudh beat Nayagarh by six wickets, via DLS Method, in their Group-B preliminary league match of the OCA U-19 Men Inter-District Cricket Tournament (One-Day Format) at Bidanasi Ground in Cuttack today. Sampad Das was the main architect of the Boudh win, bagging five wickets for 20 runs.

Another match between Sambalpur-B and Rayagad was abandoned dut to rain. Preliminary league matches for Group-C and Group-D will take place from May 26 to 31. Group-C has been formed with Cuttack, Keonjhar, Balasore, Dhenkanal, Puri and Kandhama, while Bhubaneswar-A, Rourkela, Ganjam, Bargarh, Nuapada and Paradip.

RESULTS (24 May 2025):

Match 24 (Bidanasi Ground): Nayagarh 117/10 in 18.2 overs (Bisajeet Pradhan 28, Dibyajyoti Das Pattanaik 23; Sampad K Das 5/20, K Deepak Patra 3/15) lost to Boudh 84/4 in 20 overs (K Deepak Patra 21*, Satyabrata Das 20; Dibyajyoti Das Pattanaik 2/15) by 6 wickets (DLS Method). PoM: Sampad K Das.
