Minigolf, also known as miniature golf, putt-putt, crazy golf and by several other names, is an offshoot of original golf, focusing solely on the putting aspect. It is played on artificial surfaces, featuring a multiple of nine holes.

Minigolf is governed internationally by the World Minigolf Sport Federation (WMF), which was formed in 1993 with its headquarter in Bern, Switzerland. WMF has more than 50 member countries, including India.
