As many as 29 boys and 14 girls teams participated in the four-day championship. Berhampur Mayor Sanghamitra Dalei was the chief guest of the closing ceremony and handed over the trophies. The champion and runners-up teams received cash prizes of Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000 each respectively.

Alok Lakra and Kajal Barik were adjudged as the best players in boys and girls categories respectively. OBA president Gyana Ranjan Parida and secretary Ashok Sahu were present at the prize presentation ceremony.
