Odisha State Fencing Association (OSFA) today announced an 18-member State squad for the 13th Mini & 7 th Child National Fencing Championship, scheduled to be held at Minatai Indoor Stadium in Nasik, Maharashtra from 5 to 7 July 2025. The squad finalised after the conclusion of the State U-10 and U-12 selection camp, held at R N Singh Deo Sports Complex in Balangir from 22 June to 2 July 2025.

According to OSFA secretary Debendra Sahu and organising secretary Sumit Ranjan Purohit, a total of 30 budding fencers joined the selection camp, which was supervised by Bhubaneswar Fencing Academy coach Sukanta Seth, Balangir Sports Hostel coach Anwesha Rout, Roshan Sahoo, NIS coach Karishma Rout and Jyoti Ranjan Thakur. The squad was given a warm send-off by Balangir Municipality chairperson Lika Sahu and District Sports Officer Parasar Bag.

U-10: Priya Lochan Naik, Manish Naik, Nikhil Kumar Sahu, Om Sankar Patel, Arjita Patel, Shovit Kumar Mugri, P Pravash Kumar Dora, Sthitika Sahu.

U-12: Bibhuti Sankar Patel, Rudransh Swain, Swayam Kumar Patel, Sambit Padhan, Soumya Ranjan Bagarti, Shreeya Shruti Patel, Ishi Prajna Swain, Dibyanshu Bahaliya, Pragyansa Mohanty, Sipun Patel.

Coaches: Sukanta Seth, Karishma Rout, Roshan Sahoo, Jyoti Ranjan Thakur.
