Oges Theyjo Jaya Prakash (Tamil Nadu) emerged as the standout performer at the MOSF AITA OTA Major Sandeep Memorial All India Mens Ranking 2.5 Lakh Tennis Tournament, securing both the singles and doubles titles on the final day at Gurukul Resorts & Country Club in Mendashala, Khorda today.

Second seed Jaya Prakash, who trains at Gurukul Tennis Academy, defeated top-seeded Udit Kamboj (Haryana) in an intense three-set singles final 6-2, 3-6, 6-3. In the doubles title clash, Oges teamed up with Sheikh Mohammad Iftikhar (Karnataka) to beat Kavin Karthik KS (Tamil Nadu) and Chinmay Pradhan (Odisha), who were forced to withdraw due to injury.

The prize distribution ceremony was graced by Dr Prabodh Mohanty, President, Utkal Chamber of Commerce & Industry Ltd, along with Sanjeev Mahapatra, sponsor and elder brother of Major Sandeep Mahapatra.

Also present were: Dr Pratap Kumar Pradhan, Founder of Gurukul Resorts & Country Club; Shri Pradip Kumar Pradhan, Director of Gurukul Resorts & Country Club; Puspita Panda Pradhan, Tournament Director; and AITA Supervisor Prabin Kumar Nayak.
