Balangir will host the 23rd Odisha State Archery Championship in December this year, while Sunabeda will stage the State Prize-Money and Tribal Archery Competition in January 2022. This was decided in the executive committee meeting of Odisha Archery Association (OAA) at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack today.

The expenditure report of OAA for the year 2020-21, featuring Rs 22.47 lakh was presented in the meeting. The budget for the year 2021-22 was also placed. A decision to conduct the general body meeting and elections of new officer-bearers of OAA on September 8, 2021 was taken in the meeting.

OAA vice-presidents Rabi Patnaik and Sreedhar Das, secretary Sradhananda Das, treasurer Sughose Das, Bhadrak Archery Association president Akshay Prasad Mohanty, Boudh Archery Association secretary Arjuni Kanhar and Executive Committee member Hrudaya Ranjan Behera were present in the meeting.
