Host Utkal University beat Kalyani University by an innings and one point in their last league match to emerge champions in the East Zone Inter-University Women Kho-Kho Tournament, which concluded here at Vani Vihar campus today.
Utkal topped the league table with six points, while KIIT University prevailed over Burdwan University by one innings and 10 points to finish runners-up with four points. Kalyani University and Burdwan University secured third and fourth positions respectively.
