After posting back-to-back wins India lost to Nepal 0-4. But they returned to winning ways by hammering Bhutan 9-0, thanks to four goals by Srijana. India completed their campaign with 3-0 win over Iran.
As many five players from Odisha represented the country in the championship. The other three were: goalkeeper Sanjukta Tirkey, defender Eva Panna and mid-fielder Subhadra Nayak. The five Odisha footballers were accorded warm reception on their return home today.

March 22: Nepal (Bhawana Mukhiya, Alisa Jimba, Rekha Poudel, Mithila Kumari) beat India 4-0. March 24: India (Srijana Tamang 15th, 18th, 22nd, 30th; Lifa Gama 2nd, 24th, 36th; Roja Devi 21st, Daya Devi 31st) beat Bhutan 9-0.
