Commissionarate, Bhubaneswar prevailed over Second Battalion, Jharsuguda 2-1 in the final to win the 68th Orissa Police Football Tournament at Reserve Police ground in Bhawanipatna today. Debasis Naik and Sandeep Patsani scored for the champion side in the first and 40th minutes, while Lama reduced the margin for the runner-up outfit, converting a penalty kick in the last minute. Fourth Battalion (Rourkella) finished third in the tournament, trouncing Sixth Battalion (Cuttack) 3-0 in another match of the day. Additional DG Binaya Kumar Behera gave away the trophy at the closing ceremony.
