Orissa Woman International Master Kiran Manisha Mohanty retistered her second successive win in the N K Open International Chess Tournament, defeating FM Dirk Van Dooren in the fourth round at Dieren in the Netherlands yesterday. With this win Kiran increased her score to 2.5 points and next meets Grigory Kodentsov. But Kiran’s fellow Orissa WIM Padmini Rout suffered defeat at the hands of Fide Master Babak Tondivar. Asian junior champion Padmini, who has two points, would next face Peter Ypma.
